Parent/Guardian Survey

This spring, the Philadelphia School District’s Office of Research and Evaluation is requiring ALL District and Charter schools to administer an annual survey to parents regarding the quality of education in Philadelphia schools. The surveys are intended to help school and District leaders to understand what key members of the school community think about the learning environment at each school. Information captured by the survey will be used to support a dialogue among all members of the school community about how to make each school a better place to learn.

This survey is only open to parents/guardians of children in grades 3-12. You will need to use your child's student ID number that is printed on their school ID in order to access the online survey.  Please use the link below, and thank you for all that you do to support Franklin Towne.
