Anyone wishing to appear before the Board must submit a written request at least three (3) working days prior to the scheduled meeting. The written request can be submitted by e-mailing the Board at firstname.lastname@example.org, hand delivering the request to front office of the school or by US mail addressed to the Board of Directors, Franklin Towne Charter Elementary School, 4259 Richmond Street, Philadelphia, PA 19137. The request must be received by the Board at least three (3) working days prior to the meeting you desire to make your presentation.

If your request does not include all the necessary information the request will be denied. If your matter appears on the agenda, you must be present and ready to make your presentation when the matter is called by the Board Chairperson. If you fail to answer when called, the matter will not be rescheduled. If you cannot make your presentation, no one can make the presentation on your behalf. However, if you advise the Chairperson in advance of the meeting, you can resubmit your request for another meeting.
