My name is Mrs. Kelhower and I was born and raised right here in Bridesburg! I attended Central High School and then completed my undergraduate work at Temple University, where I received my Bachelor's in Elementary and Special Education. I've always known I wanted to be a teacher, from my days as a camp counselor at the Recreation Center and at the Boys and Girls Club. I previously taught First Grade Special Education for the School District of Philadelphia. This is my seventh year with the Franklin Towne Team and I love Franklin Towne! I am very excited to work with you and your child this year!
